1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Spireix platform at resume.spireix.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Services Description
Spireix provides an AI-powered career suite including:
- ATS Resume Checker: Automated analysis of resume files against applicant tracking system (ATS) parameters.
- Resume Builder: A modular, section-by-section tool for creating ATS-optimized resumes.
- Cover Letter Builder: An AI-assisted tool for generating tailored cover letters.
- Dashboard: A personal hub for managing saved documents and subscription status.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Free Tier
The Free plan is provided at no charge and includes the 10-step ATS Resume Checker, 2 PDF downloads per month, and limited resume storage. We reserve the right to change free tier features with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans (Basic ₹199/month, Pro ₹399/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly, 3-month, or 6-month cycle as selected. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you agree to Cashfree's Terms of Service. Spireix does not store your payment card or UPI details.
4.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal in your dashboard at any time before the renewal date.
4.5 Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with your paid plan within 7 days of your first purchase, email [email protected] with your order ID and reason, and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- Renewal charges (unless cancelled before the renewal date)
- Partial billing periods after plan downgrade
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
- Upload resumes or content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or backend services.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Service without our written consent.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation in any way on your resume or account.
- Resell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, security, or availability.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
All elements of the Spireix platform — including its design, software, AI models, templates, branding, and documentation — are the exclusive intellectual property of Spireix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
7.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership of resume content, cover letters, and documents you create. By uploading content to Spireix, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely for providing the Service.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated suggestions, rewrites, and cover letters are provided for your personal use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated output before use in job applications.
8. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer
The Spireix ATS checker and AI tools are designed to provide helpful guidance but are not guaranteed to be error-free or perfectly accurate. Specifically:
- ATS scores are approximations based on common ATS parameters and may vary from actual employer ATS software.
- AI-generated resume suggestions and cover letters are recommendations. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying any content before submitting to employers.
- We do not guarantee that using our tools will result in job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
- Resume parsing may be imperfect for documents with complex formatting, images, or non-standard layouts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Spireix is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Spireix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Spireix in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately, and your data is deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
For any disputes not resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation.
